FREE resource to help you FOCUS

I’ve been putting strategies in place this year to help me feel much more bliss and less of a workaholic. I’m 2 weeks into my TECH FREE SUNDAY and it feels good. I have found my Sunday has gone much longer and I’m having far more fun.

So what’s been happening in your world? Are you feeling bliss and less of a workaholic?

Or are you struggling?

Sooo because I find joy in helping you, I have a resource I have created as a follow up from last week’s blog post ‘The New Way to Focus at work and at home.’ It’s a guide to help you map out a schedule, to help you say ‘no’ to the things that don’t light you up and to prioritise your sleep.

You can access the free resource HERE.  The password is: focussedandfree

I’ll add it to the Freebie Vault soon. (You can access it from the link for 60 days only and then it’s only available for V.I.P subscribers – you can sign up below).

Speaking about focus, I’m going to have to wrap this up a lot quicker than usual as I have back to school bbq on tonight. Free sausage sizzle…mmm….

But I digress.

As I find myself getting more focussed (besides the odd sausage sizzle distraction), more opportunities are coming my way.

I’m being featured in the Fernwood Magazine next issue to chat about incredible things I’ve been doing since joining a gym and how exercise has helped me to lose 20kgs and keep my anxiety fairly chilled as my fav salted caramel icecream.

As I switch off from looking at other’s blogs, my own voice gets louder and oh so much stronger. And you know what? She’s pretty flipping beautiful.

Where could focus really help you? I’d love to know. Hit reply and tell me all about it.

And if you’d love help to get focussed let me know as well: thebutterflyhouse@dianabraybrooke.com. I’d love to guide you to feeling chilled so that you can be more productive, sleep better and have more fun.

Oh and to end off I thought I’d end with a dose of parenting angst for you. Yep, that is what you think it is…
Nappy off time over lol.
