“When I first connected with Diana about life coaching I had just finished studying a fashion kimberlycourse at TAFE and was struggling with “what now?” I had some hidden dreams that I felt were out of reach and tried to mask that with other good ideas I could do instead of being true to what I really wanted to do and what God had put in my heart. I said ‘yes’ to coaching because it was really a timing thing. I had never considered it before and Diana just happened to advertise available spots as I was at a crossroads and it just made sense.

I didn’t know what to expect at first with coaching. I was just hopeful that I would get some vision/direction for the next stage in my life. At the beginning of the coaching series I was a bit nervous but excited. By the end of the first session I no longer felt guilty for loving to sew and I felt empowered to run with the gifts God had given me and to take things one step at a time.

What I loved about coaching with Diana was I have had comments like “you just know what you want to do” and “you’re actually doing stuff which is working towards your goal.” In fact, the best thing that has stuck with me from the coaching series is to “do something loving towards your goal everyday.”

During coaching and afterwards, I have felt confident to share my dreams/goals with close friends and they have cheered me on. I discovered that I wanted to live “simpler” or less stressed so that as a family we can achieve our goals and dreams. Also, I became more ‘in the moment.’ That means that when I’m at work I’m not worrying about not spending time with the kids or cleaning the house etc. I also realised I need to create ‘me time’ because no one else will do it for me.

Coaching with Diana was empowering, refreshing and fun.”
