I’ve been putting strategies in place this year to help me feel much more bliss and less of a workaholic. I’m 2 weeks into my TECH FREE SUNDAY and it feels good. I have found my Sunday has gone much longer and I’m having far more fun.

Speaking about focus, I’m going to have to wrap this up a lot quicker than usual as I have back to school bbq on tonight. Free sausage sizzle…mmm….
But I digress.
As I find myself getting more focussed (besides the odd sausage sizzle distraction), more opportunities are coming my way.
I’m being featured in the Fernwood Magazine next issue to chat about incredible things I’ve been doing since joining a gym and how exercise has helped me to lose 20kgs and keep my anxiety fairly chilled as my fav salted caramel icecream.
As I switch off from looking at other’s blogs, my own voice gets louder and oh so much stronger. And you know what? She’s pretty flipping beautiful.
